Registering for support
Problem:
How do I register to be able to request support from the ArKaos helpdesk ?Solution:
If you are using the ArKaos Support Center for the first time:To protect your privacy, the ArKaos Support Center is not linked to our customer database, you will need to register yourself here even if you already have an ArKaos customer account. This must only be done once and will allow you to track your support ticket history and the answers form our support team.

Click the "Register" link here or on the Support Center Home Page.

In the "Register an Account" form that appears, you will have to enter your e-mail address twice and submit.

Your ArKaos Support Center registration confirmation code will be sent to the e-mail address you have submited and you will be presented with the "Enter a Confirmation Code" form.

Check your e-mail for a message from us, the subject is something like "Please confirm your Support Center account for ArKaos" and it contains all the information you need to activate your ArKaos Support Center account; either by simply clicking on a link, or by copy / pasting the code in the "Enter a Confirmation Code" form.

Once you submited your confirmation code, you will be asked chose a password and to provide us with some personal information. The information you submit here will only be used to provide you with a better support experience (e.g. if you have a very urgent support request and we are missing information to resolve it, we might want to call you directly by phone to speed up the process).

Finally, log-in with your e-mail address and password from the "Login" dialog box on the left of the page, then click the "Open a Ticket" link in the main menu to open a support ticket.
Simply log-in with your e-mail address and password from the "Login" dialog box on the left of the page, then either click the "Open a Ticket" link in the main menu to open a support ticket, or click the "Track Open Tickets" to check the status of your previously open support tickets.
Why should you register for a support account?
Your support account will allow you to have access to your support ticket history (the previous support requests you have sent to us and our replies). You will also be able to compose and send new support requests or reply to the messages from our support team directly from this web interface.
Even though you will receive an e-mail copy of each of our answers, communicating with us through this support center minimizes the chances that a message gets blocked by spam filters or mail server problems etc..
